VINAPRINT Corporation (VPR), formerly known as Printing Enterprise No. 2 under Saigon Cultural Products Corporation, was established on 17 March 1993. VPR was put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND12 billion in 2006. The Company raised its charter capital up to VND32 billion in 2009. VPR has the main business in printing services with its main products as invoices and other products printed on carbonless paper. In addition, the Company also trades warehouses for lease.
