Vinacomin Quacontrol Joint-stock Company (VQC) originated from Control and Measure Center, established in 1995. In 2006, the company was equitized. Its main operation is to inspect coal products during the whole supply chain of coal production to consumption in all members of Vinacomin. VQC's revenue from its inspection is about VND70.5 billion in the first nine months of 2009. Currently, the company has two chemical rooms standardized at  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and three local inspection stations including Hon Gai, Cam Pha, and Uong Bi Inspect Stations. VQC has been traded on UPCoM since 2010.
