Vietnam Expressway Services Joint Stock Company (VSE) was established in 2008 by founding shareholders, including: Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Vina Private Capital Investment Limited Company (VP Capital) and Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI).
