Established in 2004, Vitaly Joint Stock Company ("VTA") is a small and medium-sized ceramic tile producer among tile enterprises. VTA owns 5 ceramic tile production lines which are imported from Italy with a total designed production capacity of 6.5 million m2/year. The main businesses include (i) manufacturing and trading building material (ceramic tile); (ii) providing housing services; and (iii) providing real estate brokerage and consultancy services.
